Pricing
How much is this going to cost me?
It depends on what you need, so we don't publish a price list. Tell us what you have in mind and within a business day we'll come back with one fixed quote, agreed up front before any work begins. No hourly meter, no surprise invoices.
Process
How long will it take?
A simple website is usually a couple of weeks. Bigger apps take longer — a month or three, depending on the features. We'll give you a realistic timeline before we start, and we won't quietly let it slip.
I'm not technical at all. Is that a problem?
Not even slightly. Most of our clients aren't developers — that's the whole point of hiring us. We talk in plain English, explain the choices, and handle the scary technical bits so you don't have to.
Ownership
Do I actually own everything at the end?
Yes — 100%. The code, the design, the domain, the accounts. It's all yours. No lock-in, no holding your website hostage. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, you can.

Can you do more than just build the website?
That's kind of our thing. Design, SEO, Google and social ads, social media management, hosting, email — the lot. One team, so you're not stitching together five different agencies who never talk to each other.
Do you also offer outsourcing (BPO / KPO)?
Yes. Alongside the studio work, we run dedicated remote BPO and KPO teams — customer support, data entry, bookkeeping, research, analytics and more. Same fixed-price, no-surprises approach. Have a look at our Outsourcing page.
Do you do accounting and bookkeeping?
Yes. Our accounts team handles bookkeeping, monthly MIS reports, financial statements, budgeting, VAT return preparation, payroll and audit support, remotely, in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally or your ERP. What happens after it goes live?
We stick around. Hosting, updates, fixes, and new features whenever you need them — on a simple monthly plan or just when something comes up. Launch day is the start, not the finish line.
Company
Do we need to be in the same city or country?
No. Everything we do is delivered 100% remotely — over video calls, email, WhatsApp, shared boards and whatever tools you already use — so it makes no difference where you are. We work with clients across the world, and time zones have never stopped a good project yet.
